2. Eligibility

To use SG Esports, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age or older
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have access to a compatible Android device and an active internet connection

3. User Account

To access most features of SG Esports, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at kabirgamer44@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit coin-earning features is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans.

4. Earning Coins

SG Esports allows users to earn virtual coins through legitimate in-app activities. Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be converted to cash. Earning rules:

• Coins are earned by watching video advertisements to completion
• Additional coins may be earned through spin wheel, games, quizzes, and events
• Daily earning limits may apply and are subject to change without notice
• Coins expire if your account is inactive for more than 90 consecutive days
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values, rates, and earning mechanisms at any time
• Coins cannot be purchased with real money, gifted, or transferred between accounts

5. Redeem Codes & Rewards

Users may exchange accumulated coins for free redeem codes (e.g., game gift cards, in-app items). The following terms apply to all redemptions:

• Redeem codes are subject to availability and may run out at any time
• Each code is a one-time use only — codes cannot be re-used or redeemed for cash
• Codes must be used by the account holder and are non-transferable
• Redemptions are final and irreversible — coins spent cannot be refunded
• We are not responsible if a third-party code expires or is already used
• SG Esports reserves the right to cancel redemptions suspected of fraud
• Minimum coin thresholds may apply before redemption is allowed

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automation tools to earn coins
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit rewards
• Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to reverse-engineer the app
• Selling, trading, or transferring coins or redeem codes to third parties
• Using VPNs or proxy services to bypass regional restrictions
• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activity on the platform
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful content through any feature
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our support team
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SG Esports Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of SG Esports and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• The SG Esports name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission
• User-generated content submitted to us grants us a non-exclusive license to use it
• You retain ownership of any content you submit but accept responsibility for it

8. Advertisements

SG Esports is a free platform supported by in-app advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertising is an integral part of the SG Esports experience and revenue model
• Ads are served by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and are subject to their own policies
• You must watch advertisements in their entirety to be credited with coins
• Skipping, blocking, or using ad-blockers interferes with coin earning and may void credits
• SG Esports is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in third-party ads
• Clicking ads is voluntary — we do not require you to purchase anything advertised

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. SG Esports specifically disclaims:

• Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• That coins or redeem code availability will be maintained at any specific level
• Responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on information in the Service

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific redeem code or reward at any given time. In-app inventory is dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SG Esports shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of coins, reward codes, data, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service outages, bugs, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or content of third-party advertisers or linked services

11. Termination

SG Esports reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour
• Attempted to manipulate the coin-earning or redemption systems
• Created multiple accounts for personal gain

Upon termination, your account, accumulated coins, and pending rewards will be immediately forfeited. You may also request account deletion at any time by emailing us at kabirgamer44@gmail.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Send an in-app notification to all registered users
• Post a prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
